The Georgian National Communications Commission announced the Auctions for acquisition of the right to use the Subscriber Numbering Resource Licences for implementation of the local communication service in Tbilsi, Rustavi and Poti on the basis of the Commission’s Decision of April 24, 2008.

Six companies: “Saktelcom plus” Ltd, “Vitel Georgia” Ltd, “Servislaini” Ltd, “Akhali Kselebi” (New Nets) Ltd, “Haicom” Ltd  and “UGT” Ltd are willing to acquire the right to use the subscriber numbering resource license in Tbilisi. The initial price for the use of the numbering resource (49-3X-XX and 49-3X-XX) is 4 000 GEL.

“Vitel Georgia” Ltd and “UGT” Ltd are willing to acquire the right to use the numbering resource (13-0X-XX and 13-1X-XX) licence in Rustavi. The initial price of the numbering resource licence is 4 000 GEL.

“Vitel Georgia” Ltd and JSC “United Telecom of Georgia” are willing to acquire the right to use the numbering resource licence in Poti. The initial price for the use of the numbering resource (47-XXX) is 2 000 GEL.

The Auction will be held at GNCC on June 20, 2008, at 13:00.
