The Georgian National Communications Commission approved property declaration forms which must be submitted by natural persons and legal entities to receive license in broadcasting fields.

In accordance with amendments made to the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting, license seeker natural persons and legal entities are imposed obligation to fill in property declaration forms. Pursuant to amendments, elaboration and approval of property declaration forms was imposed on the Georgian National Communications Commission.

The Commission approved property declaration forms within public administrative proceeding at the session held today.
