GNCC has issued written warnings on entities authorized to provide services in the field of electronic communications – “NEO NET” Ltd, “Badagi” Ltd, “A+B” Ltd and “Telecom Georgia” Ltd due to the failure to present information and for making changes in the founding documents without Commission’s prior consent.

In accordance with the Georgian law “on Electronic Communications,” an authorized entity is obligated to notify the Commission within 7 days in case of a change of the director, as for alienation of shares, have to be granted a prior consent in order to provide the transaction.

Above-mentioned companies have made changes in founding documents by breaching procedures defined in the law, in most cases, have not even informed the Commission about the  changes of company’s directors.
