The Georgian National Communications Commission imposed sanctions on TV Company Gurjaani Ltd, Iveria Intermedia Ltd i.e. Enki-Benki and Broadcasting Company Imervision Ltd for placement of unlicensed feature and animation films in their broadcasting net.

By the Commission’s decision three TV companies were imposed sanctions, written warning and were charged with placement of only licensed TV production in their broadcasting net.
