Long-running dispute between the Georgian National Communications Commission and Radio Hereti is over. Court of Appeal did not satisfy Radio Hereti’s complaint against the Commission.

We remind you that Radio Hereti appealed against a decision of September 30, 2011 of the Georgian National Communications Commission. According to the Decision winner of the contest for radio broadcasting license was announced Media House Decom Ltd. i.e. Radio Hot Chocolate.

Court of Appeal decided the Commission’s decision to remain in force and did not satisfy Radio Hereti’s suit to annul the Commission’s decision of September 30, 2011.
