Georgian National Communications Commission started reviewing dispute based on the complaint submitted by K. Kaladze against “Magticom” Ltd by the resolution of 15 December 2016.

On the oral hearing session the parties requested delay of essential review for the purpose of amicable settlement of the dispute. Their request was satisfied by the Commission. On the session of 9 February 2017 representatives of disputing parties mentioned that “Magticom” Ltd and K. Kaladze had already agreed and requested termination of formal administrative proceedings due to absence of the dispute. The Commission satisfied request of the parties.
