Myphone Ltd applied to the Georgian National Communications Commission and informed that there was a dispute between Myphone Ltd and Akhali Kselebi Ltd over the call termination tariff. According to the company Akhali Kselebi Ltd violated the agreement concluded between them on March 16, 2010 and paid the price for call termination 2 tetri instead of 4 tetri.

The Commission received the application of Myphone in proceedings. At the session both parties were given a possibility to express their positions.

The Georgian National Communications Commission exercised its right and offered the parties to settle a dispute for which one- week period was defined. The companies confirmed agreement at the session held today and the administrative proceedings on dispute consideration have been dismissed.
