A dispute has been settled between Super TV Ltd and Silknet Ltd at the session held at the Georgian National Communications Commission.

Super TV Ltd submitted a complaint to GNCC. The company claims that Super TV Ltd provides a service to its subscribers via cables placed in canalization system. These cables are located in Silknet Ltd owned canalization system. The agreement on the service between the parties was concluded till April 30, 2011. According to Super TV since April 30 Silknet refused to conclude a new agreement which became the reason for submitting a complaint from Super TV side.

The Georgian National Communications Commission received the complaint of Super TV in proceedings, but at the same time the Commission offered both parties to settle a dispute. After several-week negotiations the companies came to an agreement. The administrative proceedings on dispute consideration have been dismissed at the session held today because of the absence of matter of dispute.
