The Georgian National Communications Commission Session N29 and Public Hearing N9 of June 5, 2009 will not be held because of the absence of the quorum. (Pursuant to article 7 of the Georgian Law “on Broadcasting”, the quorum of the Commission is the majority of the listed Commissioners.)
