Georgian National Communications Commission became a Member of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA)
The Georgian National Communications Commission became a member country of the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities (EPRA).
Set up in 1995, the EPRA unites 52 countries of Europe, including Georgia. The organization aims at providing discussion and exchange of views between regulatory authorities in the broadcasting field, exchange of information about national and European broadcasting regulation and what is more, providing discussion of practical solutions to legal problems regarding broadcasting field of the member countries.
The EPRA holds two meetings a year, one in spring and the second one in autumn.
