The Georgian National Communications Commission commenced public administrative proceedings by the Decision of December 30, 2011. The company applied for modification of the technical specifications of its license in a way that would enable the company to distribute its broadcasting net worked out within the framework of the private broadcasting license N B111 through the terrestrial and orbital stations of broadcasting satellite systems.

We remind you that the Georgian TV Broadcasting Iveria received broadcasting license for activities via cable network by the Decision of the Georgian National Communications Commission of August 26, 2011. The type of the license is private broadcasting; the form of the license is general broadcasting; the geographical area is Tbilisi, Batumi, Zugdidi Municipality, Poti, Senaki Municipality, Kutaisi and Rustavi cities.
