GMC Ltd Applies for Broadcasting License via Cable Network
The Georgian National Communications Commission commenced public administrative proceedings to issue a private broadcasting license.
GMC Ltd applies for a license for private broadcasting through cable network. The type of the license is general broadcasting; the geographical zone is Tbilisi; broadcasting duration will be 24 hours.
An application and attached documentation submitted to the Commission by GMC Ltd is in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting.
A public hearing of the issue will be held at GNCC on December 12, 2011, at 16:00. A Decision on issuance of the broadcasting license will be taken within 10 working days after the hearing.
The date of starting broadcasting will be determined at the hearing session.
