In accordance with the Georgian law “on Broadcasting,” “Discovery Georgia” Ltd has addressed GNCC in order to obtain an authorization. According to an application, “Discovery Georgia” Ltd has requested an authorization in the field of private-specialized broadcasting. GNCC has registered company in the registrar for authorized undertakings and has defined its broadcasting time 12 hours per day in Georgian, Russian and English languages.
