According to the monitoring carried out by GNCC in the months of March and April of the current year on international calls provided by means of numbering resources and electronic telecommunications network of “Akhali Kselebi” Ltd and “,, Georgian Central Communications Corporation " Ltd, the violations of current international call termination regulations facts have been revealed from the subscribers’ telephone numbers owned by “Trans Logistics” Ltd and “Inter Trans” Ltd. With a regard to the fact that there is a possibility of property damage for the state (Excise tax) and property gain for the company, the Commission has transferred materials of administrative proceedings to the Investigative Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia to be investigated within their competence and has cancelled administrative proceedings launched in order to impose administrative responsibilities on “Akhali Kselebi” Ltd and “,, Georgian Central Communications Corporation " Ltd.
