The Georgian National Communications Commission granted a permit for intellectual networks service (including free, cost allocated, value added service) and for identification of terminal equipments of the network subscribers to Goodwill Communications Ltd – Goodwillcom. The permit is issued for 100 subscriber numbers (900 000 1XX).
