In accordance with the changes provided in the law minimum duration of TV broadcasting has been defined to be 12 hours
In accordance with the changes made in the Georgian law “on Broadcasting” that shall come into force starting August 10, 2016, minimum duration of TV broadcasting has been set to be12 hours per day.
Changes made in the law have caused the necessity of modification of those TV authorizations (means of technology – digital terrestrial TV network) who had indicated less than 12 hours of TV broadcasting per day in their authorization declarations.
