Karlo Kvitaishvili, Chairman of the Georgian National Communications Commission, appealed to court.
Karlo Kvitaishvili appeals against the decision of November 1, 2013 of the Georgian Parliament on his dismissal from the position of the Chairman of the Georgian National Communications Commission.
Kutaisi City Court has already commenced the appeal proceeding and the judicial proceeding will be scheduled in the upcoming days.
The Georgian National Communications Commission notified the President’s Administration as well about the above-mentioned.
