The next public hearing session has been held at GNCC based on the joint applications submitted by “Mobitel” Ltd and “Caucasus Online” Ltd in relation to the acquisition of retail segment services by “Mobitel” Ltd that are in possession of “Caucasus Online” Ltd.

In the light of current public administrative proceedings, the session is completed, and the Commission will announce its decision in regard to the joint application related to the acquisition of retail segment services by “Mobtel” Ltd owned by “Caucasus Online” Ltd at the session scheduled for April 5, 2016, at 3 pm.
