Commission responds to the statement released by the holders of “Maestro” Ltd
GNCC responds to the statements of the holders of TV Company in connection with the process of “Maestro” Ltd’s bankruptcy court proceedings.
The Commission has begun to investigate the case, requested detailed information and documentation in connection with “Studio Maestro’s” bankruptcy court proceedings. Additional statements to be made after the study of company’s documentation is finalized.
The Commission believes that, the court proceedings in regard to the “Studio Maestro’s” bankruptcy must not deter the TV broadcasting of one of the largest and top rated TV Company.
