GNCC has issued a written warning on “Radio One” Ltd for the failure to submit regulation fee calculations and forms of statistical reports, as well as the failure to pay a past due balance of NB79 and NB 45 licenses’ fee (13,403.25 Gel). The company has been given 10 working days in order to fulfill the obligations envisaged in the Georgian Law “on Electronic Communications” and to present information to the Commission. Also, the company has been given 10 working days in order to deposit past due balance to the State Budget of Georgia.
