GNCC has fined citizen D.K in accordance with the Article 144¹   of the Georgian “Code of Administrative Offenses” in the amount of 5 000 GEL for the provision of electronic communications services without proper license and authorization.

Based on the agreement signed on September 3, 2015, D.K is a subscriber of “Silknet” JSC. In accordance with the agreement, D.K has activated the tariff plan "Formula 1", which includes the provision of 100 MB internet to the subscriber, value – 100 GEL.  Based on monitoring carried out by the Commission’s administrative department, it has been revealed, that an IP address of D.K has been  detected in two of “2 Emocia” Ltd  subscribers’ personal computers, which proves that D.K had been providing persons noted with internet services.
