GNCC has issued a written warning on “imovies.ge” Ltd.
The Commission has sanctioned “imovies.ge” Ltd for the failure to present regulation fee calculations and forms of statistical reports. Also, the company has sold its shares without the prior consent of the Commission. “iMovies.ge” Ltd has been given 10 working days in order to fulfill obligations envisaged in the Georgian Law “on Electronic Communications” and to present information to the Commission.
