GNCC has issued written warnings on “CTV Georgia” Ltd, “Alioni” Ltd and “Supsa TelchnoCom” Ltd.
All three companies have been sanctioned due to the failure to submit regulation fee calculations and forms of statistical reports. The companies gave been given 10 working days in order to fulfill their obligations provided in the Georgian law “on Electronic Communications.”
