GNCC has issued written warning on “Info Telecom” Ltd.

The Commission has sanctioned “Info Telecom” Ltd for the failure to present regulation fee calculations and forms of statistical reports. At the same time, the company has sold its shares without the prior consent of the Commission and has failed to submit the information about the change of the director within the legal time frame.  The company has been given 10 working days in order to fulfill obligations envisaged in the Georgian Law “on Electronic Communications.”
