Commission, based on a request submitted by “Magticom” Ltd, has abolished company’s right to use numbering resource and has granted a permit to use the resource to JSC “Silknet.”
At the session held on January 14, GNCC has abolished a right to use numbering resource to “Magticom” Ltd and has granted a permit to use the resource to JSC “Silknet.”
The companies have jointly addressed the Commission with a request to abolish 10 000 subscriber numbers (244XXXX) owned by “Mgticom” Ltd and to concede it in favor to JSC “Silknet” for the purpose to provide communications services in the city of Tbilisi.
The Commission, by means of simplified administrative proceedings, has studied the application submitted by “Magticom” Ltd and JSC “Silknet” along with its accompanying documentation and has determined its conformity with the legislative requirements for the use of numbering resources, based on which, has granted a consent to the companies.
