The Commission has issued a written warning on “Net City” Ltd
GNCC has issued a written warning on “Net City” Ltd due to the failure to submit the information.
According to the study carried out by the Commission, it has been determined, that “Net City” Ltd fails to fulfill the obligations envisaged by the Georgian law “on Electronic Communications.” The company has never submitted forms of statistical reporting forms. In accordance to the Commission’s decision, written warning has been issued on “Net City” Ltd, and the company has been given 10 working days to fully submit the information.
