The Commission issued a written warning on “O&M Group”
GNCC has issued a written warning on “O&M Group” Ltd for violating the Georgian Law “On Electronic Communications.”
The company is an authorized entity in electronic communications services. According to an application of June 25, 2015, “O&M Group” Ltd has requested a permission to use 1000 subscriber numbers in order to provide fixed telephony services in the city of Tbilisi, which was enclosed with an extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurial and Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entities, according to which, the company has replaced its founder without Commission’s prior consent. In accordance to the Georgian Law “on Electronic Communications,” the provision of such amendment requires the prior consent of the Commission.
