The Commission has granted a prior consent to “Radio Art” to transfer its own private broadcasting №B52 license to “Art Radio”
GNCC has granted a prior consent to “Radio Art” Ltd to transfer its own private broadcasting №B52 license to “Art Radio” Ltd.
“Radio Art” Ltd, under №B52 license, holds the rights of private general radio broadcasting in the cities of Tbilisi, Gori, Kutaisi, Batumi, Zugdidi, Telavi, Lagodekhi and Akhaltsikhe, also, rights of specialized (entertaining) radio broadcasting in the city of Tbilisi.
According to the Commission’s decision, “Art Radio” Ltd, within 5 working days after obtaining the ownership of №B52 private broadcasting license has to submit information about obtaining an ownership, copies of the relevant documentation and declaration of conformity. In case of a transfer of №B52 private broadcasting license to “Art Radio” Ltd, above-noted license terms and conditions will be transferred to the new owner in un-changed form.
