The Commission has issued written warning on “”Radio Ucnobi” Ltd
GNCC has issued a written warning on “Radio Ucnobi” Ltd.
The Commission has sanctioned “Radio Ucnobi” Ltd for the failure to present regulation fee calculations, pay past due regulation and license fees, and also, to submit forms of statistical reports. The company has been given 10 working days in order to fulfill the obligations envisaged in the Georgian Law “on Electronic Communications” and to present information to the Commission. As for the coverage of past due regulation and license fees, the company has been given a deadline up until December 31, 2015.
