GNCC has made a decision in regard to the imposition of administrative responsibility on “Supsa Technocom” Ltd and has sanctioned the company to pay the minimum fine in the amount of 3 000 Gel as envisaged in the law.

The Commission's research has revealed, that “Supsa Technocom” Ltd doesn’t fulfill obligations in accordance to the Georgian Law “on Electronic Communications” – fails to submit regulation fee calculations and forms of statistical reports. The written warning has been issued on company for the same violations, and it has been given 10 working days to eradicate these offenses. Since the company has failed to carry out appropriate actions that have been imposed by the Commission, for the same violations, the company was sanctioned to pay the minimum fine in the amount of 3 000 Gel as envisaged in the law.
