The Commission has launched proceedings based on the application submitted by “Silknet” JSC against “Akhtel” Ltd
GNCC has launched proceedings based on the application submitted by “Silknet” JSC against ”Akhtel” Ltd.
“Silknet” JSC disputes the obstacles created during the process to ensure the access to the electronic communications duct channels. In accordance with the Georgian law “on Electronic Communications,” the Commission shall review the disputes among the persons authorized to operate in the field of electronic communications.
An actual session to review the issue is scheduled at GNCC for March 31, 2016, at 3 pm.
