The Commission has issued a written warning upon TV Company „Objective”
GNCC has issued a written warning upon NNLP “Non-profit Media Union Objective.”
GNCC has begun general administrative proceedings based on a complaint submitted by NNLP “Media Development Fund” against “Non-profit Media Union Objective.” An issue of dispute are documentaries “President” and “Kirim- the Road to Motherland” that have been aired by the TV Company on March 22 and May 3, 2015.
After studying the issue, GNCC has made a decision that above-mentioned documentaries have been placed through broadcasting net of TV Company “Objective” without proper copyright and neighboring rights, leaving the company under written warning.
