Ltd “Net City” carried out its activities without an authorization
GNCC imposed sanction on Ltd “Net City” for carrying out activities without an authorization.
Ltd “Net City” was providing Internet services in Kareli Municipality without an authorization. In accordance with the paragraph 1 of article 1441 of the Georgian Administrative Code, for the activities in electronic communications field without an authorization the fine totals the amount of 5000 GEL.
The company should pay the fine to the Georgian State Budget within a1month period.
