Meeting with General Broadcasting License Holders at GNCC
On August 07, 2012, the meeting with general broadcasting license holders was held at the Georgian National Communications Commission.
Head of the Legal Department of the Commission, Kakhi Kurashvili talked on rule of placement of political advertising in the pre-election period. In current elections the Georgian National Communications Commission was charged with regulation of political advertising as well as political debates, news and pre-election agitation.
Broadcasters were explained the regulations of pre-election period in detail and all the questions asked by the representatives of TV companies in regard to the mentioned issue were answered.
