“MegaFon” was fined 1 000 000 GEL
The Georgian National Communications Commission imposed fine of 1 000 000 GEL on the Russian Cellular Communication Company “MegaFon”. According to the Commission OJSC “MegaFon” carries out unauthorized activities on the occupied territories of Georgia.
Pursuant to the “General Administrative Code of Georgia”, article 144N, part six, unlicensed activities on the occupied territories of Georgia is fined in the amount of 1 000 000 GEL.
Last year the Georgian National Communications Commission twice imposed fine on the Russian Company “MegaFon” for unlicensed activities on the occupied territories of Georgia.
