The memorandum of cooperation in electronic communications sphere was signed between Georgian National Communications Commission and Competition Agency of Georgia.

By Signing the document parties agreed the following: they will collaborate for the purpose of conducting effectively competition policy and executing competition legislation, meetings and consultations between experts of parties regarding issues of mutual sphere of interest and exchanging information will be held permanently, also, working groups composed with the staff of the Commission and the Agency will study cases of competition violation.

The cooperation memorandum between institutions was signed by the chairman of Competition Agency - Nodar Khaduri and the chairman of Georgian National Communications Commission Vakhtang Abashidze.
