GNCC, based on application submitted by “Momavlis Reklama” Ltd (Radio Dardimandi) has launched public administrative proceedings for the purpose to carry out the modification of company’s radio broadcasting №B59 and №B76 licenses.

“Momavlis Reklama” Ltd is requesting the modification of the general radio broadcasting license in the city of Kutaisi and of specialized (educational/cognitive) radio broadcasting license in the city of Tbilisi into specialized (entertaining) radio broadcasting licenses.

An actual hearing session of the issue is scheduled at GNCC on May 10, 2016, at 3 pm. The Commission to announce its decision within 10 working days after the public hearing.
