The Georgian National Communications Commission Session will be held on July 31, 2009, at 16:00 pursuant to the General Administrative Code of Georgia, article 95, part two, “Georgian National Communications Commission’s activity regulation rules”, article 36, paragraph 14. The Session will be held at the address: 0144, Tbilisi, Ketevan Tsamebuli Ave. /Bochorma Str 50/18, 2nd floor.

The case of infringement of the Law of Georgia “on Electronic Communications”, article 19, paragraph 2, sub-paragraph l) and article 12, paragraph 4, by the authorized undertakings (list is enclosed) will be considered at the Session (administrative proceedings commencement date -  17.07.2009 ).

Pursuant to articles 98 and 99 of the General Administrative Code of Georgia, authorized undertakings are allowed to submit proofs as well as petitions to the Commission and look through the documents of the administrative proceedings in order to examine the case circumstances and may request the copies of the documents of the administrative proceedings.
