1. In accordance with the Charter on National Numbering System of Electronic Communications Networks of Georgia the numbering of local fixed telephone networks shall be changed from June 4, 2011, 00:00, namely:

a) In Tbilisi city 6-digit numbers shall be replaced by 7-digit and existed subscriber numbers shall be added ”2” as the first digit, for instance: subscriber number 76XXXX shall be replaced by 276XXXX;

b) In Rustavi geographic code 34 shall be replaced by 341, in local telephone networks  first digit “1” of a subscriber number shall be replaced by “2”, for instance: subscriber number 15XXXX shall become 25XXXX;  in order to make a call from other geographic zones and mobile networks to Rustavi the following numbering code shall be used – 341-2X-XX-XX;

c) In other towns and municipal administrative centers of Georgia five-digit numbers shall be replaced by six-digit numbers; local telephone numbers shall be added “2” as the first digit, for instance: in Kutaisi subscriber number 3XXXX shall be replaced by 23XXXX; in order to make a call from other geographic zones and mobile networks to Kutaisi the following numbering code shall be used – 421-23XXXX;

2. In accordance with the Charter on National Numbering System of Electronic Communications Networks of Georgia the numbering of mobile electronic communications networks shall be changed from June 20, 2011, 00:00. The mobile subscriber number shall be added “5” as the first digit, for instance: subscriber number 77-XX-XX-XX shall be replaced by 577-XX-XX-XX; in order to make a call from fixed telephone number (for instance, from Silknet, Akhteli or Magtifix numbers) to mobile the following numbering code shall be used: 8-577- XX-XX-XX, and to make a call in mobile networks (Magticom, Geocell, Mobitel) – the numbering code shall be: 577-XX-XX-XX;

3. In accordance with the Charter on National Numbering System of Electronic Communications Networks of Georgia the numbering of fixed telephone networks of cellular system (Magtifix, Silknet wireless phone) shall be changed from June 27, 2011, 00:00. The fixed wireless phone number shall be added “7” as the first digit, for instance: subscriber number 90-XX-XX-XX shall be replaced by 790-XX-XX-XX; in order to make a call from fixed wired phone numbers ( for instance, from Silknet, Akhteli numbers) or from mobile networks to fixed wireless phone numbers the following numbering code shall be used: 8-790-XX-XX-XX; and to make a call in fixed wireless networks ( Magtifix, Silknet wireless phone) – the numbering code shall be: 790-XX-XX-XX.
