Despite multiple attempts, GNCC was unable to submit a letter to Ltd “Kedi Studio.”

Company representatives refuse to accept Commission’s official letter. Therefore, the content of the letter is to be made public and is published on commission’s official website:

In compliance with the General Administrative Code of Georgia, paragraph 95, article 36, part II, and the rules of regulation of the Commission, paragraph 36,article 14, on August 27, 2014 at 16pm, a meeting will be held at the GNCC (the Commission) headquarters to discuss the issue regarding Ltd “Kedi Studio’s” administrative responsibility where company violated  “Georgian Law on Broadcasting” paragraph 5, article 70, ,(basis: The Department of Broadcasting Regulation July 30, 2014 #10/1234-14 service card.)

The date of the initiation of administrative proceedings regarding the issue is August 19,2014. Please note that, in compliance with the General Administrative Code of Georgia paragraph 98 and 99,you have a right to submit evidence to the Commission, as well as petitions, in order to study the circumstances of the case, get acquainted with the manufacture of materials, ask for copies of documents and other paperwork of the administrative proceedings.

Please make sure that your authorized representative will participate in the administrative proceedings held by the Commission.

The Commission believes that posting a letter on the website (www.gncc.ge) and publishing it in a public place at the Commission’s office is and alternative form for Ltd “Kedi Studio” for the content introduction.
