The Georgian National Communications Commission imposed fine in the amount of 50 000 GEL on the open society “НТВ+”. The TV Company carried out unauthorized broadcasting activities on the occupied territories of Georgia.

The Commission applied a sanction against the company - fine in the amount of 50 000 GEL pursuant to the part four of Article 1441 of General Administrative Code of Georgia.
