The winner has been declared in the Auction held today by the Georgian National Communications Commission. “Black Sea Telecom” Ltd is ready to pay 1 955 628.03 GEL to acquire the radiofrequency spectrum license.

The Commission announced the Auction for acquisition of the right to use the radiofrequency spectrum license on the basis of the Commission’s Decision №651/8 of October 31, 2008. The initial price for the use of the resource was 1 862 502.03 GEL. The Auction bid was the 5% of the initial amount of the resource usage fee, rounded to the whole number 93 126 GEL.
