The Georgian National Communications Commission considered the item of imposing sanctions on Silknet Ltd.

The Commission disputed with Silknet on illegal retransmission of certain broadcasting channels within the framework of administrative proceedings. The representatives of the company attended the session held at GNCC. They were given a possibility to express their positions. After examining all proofs the Georgian National Communications Commission took a decision to give a warning to Silknet Ltd. The company was charged with immediate discontinuance of unauthorized retransmission of the following broadcasting channels: Luxe TV, Armenia TV and AzTV.
