GNCC has received a complaint submitted by non-governmental organization “Human Rights Center” against “Civic Educational Fund” (brand name Tabula), on July 30. “Human Rights Center” was requesting a placement of an advertisement with a social status prepared by the company into “Tabula’s” broadcasting net and has been denied by the TV Company. “Tabula” has considered, that with an advertising video, “Human Rights Center” was advertising its own activities.

On August 13, prior to the scheduled public hearing, the parties have informed the Commission about conciliation and about the dismissal of the complaint by “Human Rights Center,” on the basis of which, the Commission has terminated the proceedings.
