“Magticom” Ltd has addressed GNCC with acomplaint, which believes that an advertisement about 4G services placed by “Mobitel” Ltd same as (Beeline) is improper and damaging for the competitor company. In the same statement, “Magticom” asks the Commission to study the particular issue and react with a relevant response.  

GNCC has begun proceedings of a complaint by “Magticom” Ltd against “Mobitel” Ltd and the discussion regarding an issue essentials is scheduled for March 12, 2015 at 15:00 pm. The session is open to the public.
