GNCC has issued a written warning on “Broadcasting Company Rustavi2” Ltd for the violation of product placement rules in the programs.
According to the Commission’s decision, written warning has been issued on “Broadcasting Company Rustavi2” Ltd due to the breach of sub-paragraphs b) and c) of paragraph 1 and 2 of Article 69, sub-paragraph a) of paragraph 10 of Article 45 and paragraph 1 of Arti8cle 70 of the Georgian law “on Broadcasting.”
