The company, at the time of broadcasting transit inspection, carried out its activities without activities obligatory authorization envisaged in the Georgian law “on Electronic Communications.”Pursuant to Article 1441 of the Administrative Code of Georgia, un-authorized activities in the field of electronic communications are subjected to the fine in the amount of 5 000 Gel. Technomax LLP” Ltd is obligated to transfer the amount of the fine to the State Budget of Georgia within 30 working days.
