The prior consent has been granted to “V S” Ltd to transfer its radio broadcasting license to “Momavlis Reklama” Ltd
At the session held on February 11, GNCC has granted a prior consent to transfer №B59 license privately owned by “V S “Ltd to “Momavlis Reklama” Ltd (Radio “DardiMandi).
“V S” Ltd owns private general radio broadcasting license in the city of Kutaisi at 105.0 MHz frequency range, the №B59 license is valid up until December 31, 2021.
In accordance with the Commission’s decision, “Momavlis Reklama” Ltd (Radio “DardiMandi) was assigned to submit all the relevant copies of documentation and declaration of conformity to the commission after 5 working days from privately obtaining №B59 private broadcasting license.
