The Georgian National Communications Commission commenced administrative proceedings to issue a private broadcasting license. Style TV Ltd applies for a license for private broadcasting via cable network. The type of the license is specialized (entertaining) broadcasting, the geographical zone is Tbilisi, and broadcasting duration is 18 hours. An application and attached documentation submitted by Style TV Ltd to the Commission is in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Broadcasting. A hearing of the issue will be held at GNCC on January 23, 2012, at 16:00. The Decision on issuance of the broadcasting license will be taken within 10 working days after the hearing.
