Super TV was fined 8 000 GEL

Broadcasting company Super TV was imposed sanctions at the session held at the Georgian National Communications Commission on July 15, 2011. The company has to pay 8,295.94 GEL to the benefit of the state budget.

 

The Georgian National Communications Commission disputes with the company about not submitting the information. The changes were made to the founding documentation of the company on April 20, 2011. The owner of the 100 % share of the company instead of Archil Tabagari became the company Super TV S.A. The company informed the Commission about the mentioned change late. Pursuant to the Law of Georgia on Electronic Communications Super TV Ltd had an obligation to inform the Commission about the changes made to the register of entrepreneurial and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities within 7 days.

 

The Commission listened to the position of the representative of the company, examined all the proofs and made a decision to impose sanctions on Super TV.
